Thom's Comics & Collectibles in Elgin, IL

Thom is very nice and helpful. I saw a lot of comics that I've been wanting and some I've never seen before. I also, saw some comics that were cheaper at Thom's than from what I have seen on- line. He also had some recommendations that I didn't see (but will be going back for).

This place is great. I called 5 stores in the area asking for Doomsday Clock issues 7-9 first print to update my collection but no one had them. If they did have them it was a second print. I called Tom and he said call him back in 5 minutes so I did and he came through. He had all three issues.

Such a cool collection and hidden gem in Elgin, IL. Phenomenal collection for comic enthusiasts of all ages. Also had a variety of figurines and Funkel Pop characters. We were greeting immediately and offered assistance the moment we stepped in. I was guided to the age appropriate comic books for my nephew, who is 5.

Thom is a great guy. It's fun to talk comics when I stop in to pick up my books. He has offered up good suggestions of upcoming comics to get.
