Shoebox Memorabilia in South Elgin, IL

Great atmosphere if you're into sports cards, the owner Jim is probably one of the nicest individuals you'll meet in the hobby and I love doing business with him.

🏆🏅🏆Gold Medal Award Winner🏆 🥇 🏅Category: Best "Old School" Card Store in America. Hands down the best card store in Illinois. If you're looking for the full-on sports card store "vibe", this is the place. You won't find better staff or selection in the chicago area or anywhere else in the nation.

We had been put in contact with Jim at Shoebox about some memorabilia for our pizza spot from “multiple” referrals. We discussed over the phone some different things before I flew up to pick up. (Always risky because of quality concerns and a lot of shops) When I arrived. WOW.

Jim is awesome! Ive been to his shop 3 times this past week and its a great place for people interested in the hobby. Hes knowledgeable, fun, and will work with you and people who enjoy the hobby. I grabbed a few hobby boxes and pulled some bangers! Most notably the 1of 1 rookie auto im posting below!
