Terms of use
By using cardshops.org you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
What this site is
cardshops.org is a free, informational directory of trading card shops in the United States. It is built from public business listings, public customer reviews and shops' own websites. We are not affiliated with the shops listed, and we don't sell cards or take part in any sale.
Accuracy
We work to keep listings correct, but hours, addresses, buying policies, events and even whether a shop is open can change without notice. Information is provided as-is, without any warranty. Confirm details with the shop before making a trip, bringing a collection to sell, or paying for an event or service.
Listings and rankings
A listing is not an endorsement or a guarantee of a shop's prices, service or honesty. Rankings are worked out from public ratings and review counts, as described on the about page, and are not a judgment by us. Shops can't pay to be listed or ranked.
Reviews and photos
Review quotes and photos on listings come from public sources and belong to their authors. If you are an author or a shop and want something removed, contact us.
Guides
Our guides give general hobby information. They are not financial, investment or legal advice. Card values change, and decisions about buying, selling or grading cards are yours.
Trademarks
Pokémon, Magic: The Gathering, Yu-Gi-Oh!, One Piece, Disney Lorcana, Star Wars: Unlimited, Flesh and Blood, Digimon and other game and brand names are trademarks of their owners. Their use here describes what shops sell and does not mean any owner endorses this site.
Links to other sites
Listings link to shops' websites, social pages and maps. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site at a rate that degrades it for others, don't misrepresent our listings or rankings, and don't use the site to send spam to the shops listed. You're welcome to link to any page.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, cardshops.org is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, including any dealings between you and a listed shop.
Advertising
The site doesn't show ads right now. We may add advertising in the future. If we do, we'll update these terms and our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
