So I have been shopping at the Undercroft for quite a number of months now and I wanted give them some appreciation. Mike and Jake 100% understands how to run a business. This video game store is more than just a video game store, they have figurines, board games, card games, and more.
Super comfortable and eclectic game and geek sundry store. A little bit of everything and a well curated collection of neat stuff. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Spacious gaming area. All in a convenient mall location.
This place is great! It's a neat location with a great selection of games and fair prices. In speaking with the owners/employees, they're really cool and down to earth. It makes me really happy that a place like this exists and I cannot wait to come back.
Been working with these guys for buying and selling since they opened, great chaps. Very friendly and casual with me which helps because I get anxiety about interactions with people.
