It's a holiday i have a spectrum phone that had a virus went to spectrum they said they couldn't help gave me 2 different places to get it looked at. Media stop was one. Went in asked clerk where to go was told to see Zach in repairs. Went back to see him and stressed out.

Excellent customer service. I purchased an Apple Watch from them it would not sync to my Apple account due to issues with the watch. They then asked if I would like the smaller size it still had all of the same features I agreed. I just liked the larger style they were more then happy to make it right!

I was in here Saturday and Austin was super helpful looking over my card. The market for the card was all over the place and Austin took his time to do some deep research and come up with a fair trade.

I had an issue with my laptop and Best Buy would have had to send it off and it would have cost me $$$ however the gentleman I spoke with recommended me here so I could have it the same day. I came in and they fixed it and it works perfectly. They saved me alot of money.
