The Game Factory in New London, CT

It was honestly an amazing experience coming here. They do trade/buy (they have certain rules with it, but it’s understandable with how much product they have around). Super nice and honestly great pricing. I can’t wait to come back soon :) Very nice people and great interactions and amazing content on the walls.

Best store for Pokémon we've ever found. And we constantly search and shop. Every conceivable box and pack was available there. The employee helping us was infinitely knowledgeable and fun. He interacted with my daughter in a way that was amazingly kind, and he was so sweet I didn't mind being there for hours.

My son and I just found out about this place a couple weeks ago. We have been in twice so far and both times we had Shawn helping us out. He has been amazing to us. Very friendly, knowledgeable, always more than happy to answer any questions we have. The store itself awesome!

Great experience at The Game Factory! The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. They have a nice setup with a great selection of cards, funko pops, leg collections, and other things, making it easy to find something for everyone. Excellent customer service and a welcoming atmosphere!!!
