Never knew this place was right next door to me so I decided to stop by and check it out. Staff was so helpful and welcoming pulling cards out that I had interest in getting for a master set, for a personal collection, and as gifts. Had such a good time there and will definitely be back.
Incredibly kind people and very knowledgeable and passionate. They really stand out from other shops I have been to in addition to being players themselves. Great selection of both new and old options. Got a few cards and boxes and fully intend to return!
Out of all the trading card shops that my hubby and I have been to in the area, Trading Card Game Tavern has become our new favorite in the area. They are a one-stop-shop tucked away in Mission Viejo that we stumbled upon during our way back home and I’m so glad we did.
On a recent trip through Southern CA, we visited a number of “Pokémon stores” at the behest of our 9-year old son. Out of the many (MANY) stores we checked out, TCG Tavern stood out as a clear favorite! Isaiah was very patient and generous with his time and knowledge.
