Pulled a banger from an $8 OP14 pack I bought here during the prerelease. I drove a couple of hours and was only able to get six packs at the Lake Forest Location.
This is a great little TCG, and my 4 yr old daughters favorite shop to go to. They hide a little stuffed dog named pawpsicle in different spots around the store and when the kids find it they get to pick a mystery pokemon card from a binder.
I've never been a Trading Card Game player before, and to be honest I've been intimidated by the gameplay and by the players in the past. So much to remember, the learning curve, and the competition with seasoned players. I discovered Kingslayer (Lake Forest) Dec. '23 at a Learn to Play event for Disney Lorcana.
Hands down one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had. Blake was absolutely awesome. He took the time to teach me how to play the game, walked me through everything without making me feel rushed or overwhelmed, and gave me a ton of great pointers and tips along the way.
