When we travel we like to hit game/card shops, my son absolutely loves Pokémon so Magic City Collectibles was on out list of stops while in Birmingham for a trip. Staff were engaging, kind, and knowledgeable and went above and beyond to give my kid a fantastic experience.
Came to this store lost and confused unsure of what to buy. That’s when a kind young man named Wyatt said 6 simple words “How can I help you today” and from that moment on I knew I was in strong capable hands. He nurtured me as I talked him through my question and concerns with buying cards.
Didn’t make a purchase here but wanted to share my experience I had texting the shop. I asked if they had a discount code of like 7.5% because I am a new customer and they responded with what item am I looking at. I told them and they said nope 👎 no discount of 7.
BEST card shop I’ve ever interacted with. A couple days ago they pulled me a /20 cooper flagg auto on whatnot. I let the breakers know that I would prefer to pick up. I made the 7 hour trip from Indianapolis and it was well worth it. Very nice shop with extremely friendly people.
