Gear Gaming in Birmingham, AL

Clean toilets, well lit, friendly staff, ample play space for all types of gaming, and a good amount of product. Tons of Warhammer 40k in stock, Star wars Legion, Magic the Gathering cards, full racks of army painter paints and full racks of games workshop paints as well. Super nice game store.

Quite possibly the best retail experience I've ever had. They have great stock of paints and supplies and are always willing to order whatever you ask. I had never been inside a game store of this type before this year and upon my first visit, I immediately felt welcomed and have learned a crazy amount from the staff…

Great shop with friendly staff! Edit 4 years later: My only regret is that I can’t up their rating. I have become a regular customer and they continue to have great staff and service. Great store for existing hobbyists or someone looking to get into card games, tabletop games or rpgs!

My fiancée and I are new to the card gaming scene and we had a pleasant very experience with the man behind the counter. He explained with great care and patience all of our questions and the store itself had great choice of cards and was extremely clean and organized!
