Galactic Trading in Chicago, IL

Awesome TCG shop right under the red line. I came in looking to sell and trade Pokemon cards and was met with great service from Danny! Better prices and trade in rates than I’ve found at other stores and a solid collection of singles, sealed products and stickers/other collectibles like Smiskis to choose from.

My first experience at this hidden gem was 2 weeks after it had opened. From the first moment of entering the store I felt welcomed, not just by the great card selection but also from one of the owners named Danny. He was very knowledgeable on the pokemon TCG hobby and was very helpful every step of the way.

Clean store, friendly staff, very cute dog. I really enjoyed that the stickers and charms and trinkets on display were local artists with their socials plugged above each display. The products were priced incredibly well in a way that told me at first glance that this is a store that cares about its community first.

amazing shop and amazingly kind staff, I love all of the local artist products and that they’re expanding their inventory so often! Best trade in rates around, and with the variety of stuff (not just cards!!) in their store it makes it SO worth it! So happy to have another shop in the area with such personable staff.
