This store has a fantastic community, the owner has a quick wit and a low tolerance for BS. Scalpers looking to resell product move on, gamers looking for a great store come on in.
Very cool place with nice staff, good selection, and tons of board games that they let you play. Would visit again.
Excelsior really treats its customers as family, and I think that’s my favorite part about coming in. I walked in the other day, and Rob was so excited to show me this game he had ordered with me in mind...because he knows I like meeples and dinosaurs.
I love hanging out and playing games here. There’s a small fee to play but I don’t mind that it helps keep it open. The staff is awesome and playing games with new people is a blast. If I want a game Rob /Jason will order it for me too. My husband plays there Saturdays and Sunday’s.
