Shane is awesome! Lets you know about getting product in stock and when it should be arriving! not much of a pokemon selection but he was stocked up on brilliant stars and told me he would also have astral radiance when it releases! they have an INSANE magic collection there too.
Revised review: Although there is a 3.99% fee for using a debit/credit card at this store, the owner was very quick to respond and offer a resolution. Good customer service from the owner outweighs the oversight of an employee on a busy evening.
I was in the need of a special gift for someone very special to me. I knew that he frequented Brass City Games and had expressed to me how much he enjoyed the atmosphere and people there. I became to know this personally when I called to ask if they could help me set up a gift there for him.
EDIT: Hey since James is not a part of the staff, amending this review to five stars because that is a kind response from the owner. Was in town for a family gathering. Left with friends and stopped by to get a game of commander in. A fella named James approached our group and started chatting us up.
