I have been a business owner and a professional in the hobby industry for over 35 years. This is one of the finest stores I have ever had the joy to walk into. Well lit, clean, organized and a plentiful amount of stock in every area of the store.
Very mixed feelings on this store. It is, of course, their prerogative to set their prices however they see fit and not match the current prices that they are going for online. When I can buy boxes from TCGPlayer for 15% less than what they are selling for, it doesn't feel good to buy there.
I'm fairly new in the area, and I've been struggling to find a good hobby store that's at least somewhat close to me. I don't think I need to look any further. The staff here have always been very accommodating and friendly whenever I visit.
Tony has built an impressive business and community over the years and will always have my business when I’m in the area. His staff is extremely knowledgeable on the products they stock and well trained in customer service, both in person and over the phone.
