WNY Gaming and Escape Rooms in Hamburg, NY

I was looking for an escape room and decided to give this one a try. Oh my goodness, what an experience. I’ve done a number of escape rooms, and this is up there with the best of them in quality and fun, both presentation and the puzzles themselves.

Outstanding customer service. WNY went above and beyond to ensure my online order made it to me intact and in a timely manner. In my ten years of ordering gaming supplies, I have never had such a human experience through online shopping.

We did their Escape Room - Fun but very difficult. However, they let us finish and 'escape', though it took us 1 1/2 hours. A clue to get us started would be helpful, one we got into the swing of the room it went much faster. Lots of fun. We will be doing Part 2. Also seems like a great place for lovers of games.

If you’re looking for an awesome brain teasing activity you have found it! The escape room itself was beautifully made and the puzzles were challenging but so much fun! The staff was wonderful and are so passionate about making your experience in the escape room or any other board games you play a great experience!
