Versus Games in San Francisco, CA

It is the neighborhood place for Magic The Gathering players. It's well known by players across town. Venue is free to visit, play, and learn. Staff is friendly and helpful. New players get free Magic the Gathering decks. All release events are well organized.

I have been to roughly 30 different game shops, stretching from pinole to san Jose and back up the coast. I haven't seen someone any store cram nearly as much MTG product into such a small space while keeping it so neat. Props to whoever does the planograming here. It looks great. They sell singles too.

Very good place to buy pokemon cards and very nice staff. I would say the selection of pokemon is quite a bit with english, japanese, and chinese cards. Single packs are a bit pricey but getting cards in bulk in boxes are worth it.

My first time here. They have a great selection. I do think the mega evolution 6 pack booster for over 70 bucks was a bit scalpy but it is what it is. I ended up pulling a mega Gardevoir ex which made things better haha
