I'm currently going around the country and meeting card shop owners. There's many things I have to say about Ben and Katie's Vault 509 Trading Card Shop but I'll summarize it for everyone reading this. If I could rate them more than 5 stars I would.
I’ve frequented this shop and have much love for it. The owners (Ben and Katie) are fantastic, and extremely friendly, to the point that they have personable relationships with multiple patrons. The entire atmosphere is very friendly and chill, and overall feels very welcoming.
Just about the best customer service ever! Welcoming and always joyful. Ben and Katie are gems. Love this place, it’s so comfortable to hang there when I’m waiting for my son to play his pokemon tournaments. I can get a snack, drink or candy as a bonus. They have great product and are generous.
This is if not the best one of the absolute best card shops in all of Tri-Cities, Washington. The staff and owners of this card shop are the kindest sweetest Some of the most compassionate people you will ever meet. They offer a wide range and array of different Tcg products as well as different card games as well.
