Stopped by for the first time today and had an amazing experience! The staff are so friendly and knowledgeable, and even helped keep our toddler engaged with stickers, Pokemon cards (and even hunted down her favorite), and other sweet gestures that helped my husband and I alternate checking out the displays to add on…
Once we found the store in the mall, we spent the next 3 hours inside because they had so much good stuff!!! Loads of Pokemon singles, packs in English and Chinese, and toonnnsss of boxes and stuff. I found a lot of singles I wanted in their “Cuties” binder (I like the binder filing system, lol).
I’ve had such a great experience every time I come into this shop. The staff always greets me, takes their time answering my questions, and has been super helpful as I’m still learning more about collecting Pokémon cards.
So glad a store like this exists in the Sacramento area. I have loved Pokemon ever since I was 3, and seeing various packs become less and less accessible because of scalpers breaks my heart.
