Most of the negative reviews here calling out staff or management are clearly from disgruntled players who lost a game, refused to follow basic store or game rules, or from people who expect to be paid at or above market value for items they are trying to sell while having little to no understanding of how reselling…
The staff here quite literally treat their regulars like family. I would invite most of the employees to my wedding without hesitation. They run fantastic tournaments and provide the best prize support I have ever seen.
This store is my favorite place to hang out. The staff is awesome, knowledgeable, welcoming, the product selection is superb and just keeps improving, and their prices are unbeatable. I come here multiple times a week to play Warhammer, Blood Bowl, Flesh and Blood, and board games.
Everyone here is really friendly and they have a great selection. I got into a new game and the staff were very nice to help coach me throughout my learning journey. I also have had a lot of good experiences at their events and they have made it clear that they love the games they host at their store.
