Friendly staff that helps make sure everybody playing is having fun. Great community of players frequent the shop, I find fun casual games that are beginner-friendly as well as intense competitive games against experienced players that are interesting.
Great people, very clean and smells clean (you know this is an important statistic for LGS). The staff has always been friendly and helpful - even though I am Deaf they have accommodated me every time, ensuring I’m taken care of - whether it’s using my own phone’s accessibility apps for voice-to-text or writing it on…
I've been coming to Nerdvana for years now as a casual MTG player. I cannot emphasize enough how community-oriented this place is. The staff are super down-to-earth and friendly and you make friends with other customers quickly. It really has its own community.
I stopped in trying to sell some Pokémon cards after being ignored by another local card store. Although we didn’t get a deal done, Shawn was friendly, informative, and tried really hard to make something work.
