Had my computer assembled at The Hard Drive. Very patient and professional service as we dealt with parts that were defective when purchased from Micro Center. These guys have excellent prices for computer assembly compared to other local competitors and are very fast at getting the work done.

Amazing customer service came in from looking at a used pc ad and got to discussing, ended up going with a new pc instead. Spoke about the different cpu/gpu options, etc. It came out perfectly as my daughter put it (it’s for her) so definitely will be back.

I recently purchased a computer from them and the whole process was easy as could be along with great customer service. UPDATE: I’ve had this pc for almost five months and haven’t had any problems out of it! I reached out to them for some trouble shooting once and they responded quick.

Coby and his Team at The Hard Drive are top notch. Told Coby what I was looking for, he built it out, giving me suggestions but staying within my budget. Even when I purchased parts not from his shop, he would check the specs first then approve or not. Would definitely buy from The Hard Drive again!!!
