It’s hard to find a business with good customer service these days. The bad news is that the customer service is not good at Three Stars (I’ve only been to the Minnetonka location. The service isn’t good, it’s GREAT. Great enough for me to think of that one liner above.
Been bringing my son and his friends to Three Stars for years, and we really like this new Minnetonka location. The staff, especially Kenneson and Parker, have always been very kind, helpful, and fair. And the shop is clean and well organized. Great place to bring kids!
Went into Three Stars Sportscards just to pick up some sleeves and ended up having a great experience. Out of curiosity, I asked if they could take a look at my collection to see if anything was worth grading l; they said yes right away and were super helpful.
Really impressed with the customer service! Just a bunch of good dudes who will work with you on trades and prices on singles. My understanding is that they are a newer location and are doing their best to continue building up inventory. I’ll be back for sure!
