Hi local here. Firstly I’m not a big review guy. First time visit today at The monster card shop. I will 1000% be a returning customer to support these guys more. Kyle and his employee Travis crushed it on the customer service today. Super friendly, welcoming the entire time I was there.
Been a here a few times and it’s always top notch. But today the staff went above and beyond when my son got sick in the store. They brought him paper towels and a water bottle to help cool him down, and did not make it a big deal as to not embarrass him.
Monster Card Shop is the best place to get Pokémon stuff! Vinny really knows his stuff, is easy to work with, and is always happy to answer questions. The prices are fair, and every visit feels like hanging out and talking with friends. Highly recommend!
I can’t say enough great things about Monster Card Shop. Over the past year, I’ve purchased multiple baseball card lots from them, and every single experience has been top notch. The selection is always solid, whether you’re hunting for value lots, singles, or just looking to rip something fun.
