Myself and 2 friends just started playing D&D, we've only played a couple of times and I have never been in store like this so I had alot of questions. Shoutout to Sébastien for walking me through 20mins worth of questions and really going out of his way to help a first time player!
Fantastic selection of items plus the employees are mad chill and very helpful. Friendly and inviting workers that make shopping and playing there super comfortable. They always have something wild and neat when it comes to adding to your gaming experience, not to mention they make some of their own items for gaming.
The staff is always wonderful. Tucker, Taylor and Gus are the three main ones I've talked regarding events and they are amazing. I'm glad they are welcoming to the community and are always there to help improve and grow the local gaming community!
Trey did an outstanding job this past Thursday night. I arrived close to closing time and he never made me feel rushed. His customer service skills were kind, friendly, efficient, and helpful. Well done, Trey!
