Customer service is amazing. Went there looking for cute grass Pokémon and left with a deck. Great prices and owner really helped me find what I’m looking for. He saw what I was interested in and genuinely helped me out. It’s a great place, they have magic the gathering, Pokémon, one piece, sport, and so much more.
I've been coming to The Dug Out for a while, and I’m really impressed with the improvements happening under the new management. You can already tell they’re working hard to clean things up and make the store more inviting.
The Dugout is a hidden gem. The new owner, John, has a little bit of everything — from Pokémon and sports cards to memorabilia and even Christmas ornaments. He’s got some truly unique pieces, including a size 15 Shaquille O’Neal–autographed shoe!
