The customer service here was exceptional! I called with a list of cards I was looking for and they helped me find almost all of them and when I came in took the time to show me how to use their website to look them up at home. The prices were reasonable, and I got a good deal on some Pokemon while I was in.
I have been visiting Castle games since the shop in Seymour opened a few years ago. The owners were very kind, fun, and knowledgeable people. I loved the friendly environment and the many MTG drafts set up. They took time to help with suggestions in optimizing my deck and helped me become a better player.
Great customer service and vibe. Staff is willing to help with every question you have regarding games or gameplay. Tables auto include game mats meaning you don't have to bring your own or are good if you forgot to bring it. Music was good too. Their 60% trade in value was a blessing too!
The owner is extremely friendly and the store itself is nice, clean, and seems to have everything you could need for Magic, Pokémon, and more. Placing an order online was super easy and the cards were exactly as listed. Keep up the good work!
