South Side Comics in Pittsburgh, PA

I live in North Carolina, found this place online with a copy of a comic, I have been searching for and none of my local shops were able to order or have in store. Was so grateful to find and support a local small business in a different state. Got my comic, fast through mail. Was in perfect condition.

Small shop in Pleasant Hills has newer comics nicely displayed on the walls. However, the older comics on hand are limited in quantity/variety and poorly displayed. You’ll have to get on your knees if you want to see everything.

It's my favorite comic shop in the US. When I am in Pittsburgh, I stop in. AMAZING picture database online, in-store titles super visible, great prices, staff enthusiastic about products, a lot of fun just to hang out. This is what comic stores are supposed to be like.

Ordered a single book online. I'm always hesitant when ordering from a different online comic store - you never know how they're going to pack it, or when/if they're actually going to ship it. Well, the folks at SSC processed the order in less than 24 hours, and then shared tracking info the next day.
