Smoke and Mirrors Hobby in Deer Park, NY

I brought my kids to Smoke and Mirrors Hobby because my four-year-old son really wanted a Charizard. I asked the team, “What’s the cheapest Charizard you have?” They were busy, but instead of brushing us off, one of the guys immediately said, “Hang on, I’ll go check.

I started going to this shop roughly a year ago. I have nothing but good things to say about smoke. I really like this card shop. The selection is great, and the staff are so friendly and helpful without being pushy. They really seem to care about making your experience special.

As someone who recently got into the hobby the past year, I wanted to try and start a pokedex binder with just IRs/SIRs knowing it would take a long time to complete. Unfortunately, I had a lot of issues with TCGplayer and eBay was a hassle with so many sellers charging way over market price.

I love this place. They have a tremendous play area for all TCG games. By far the best selection of pokemon , one piece, magic the gathering and other games ive ever seen. Very professional staff with vast knowledge of all the different games. Feels like family when i go there.
