Ron's Comic World in Mt Holly, NJ

Holy back issues, Batman — Ron’s Comic World feels like stepping straight into a hidden panel from a classic comic book universe. The second you walk through the door, it’s like entering a collector’s sanctuary where every shelf holds another adventure waiting to be discovered.

A great smaller comic shop with a range of Silver Age through current comics. Also has graphic novels, games and other collectibles. What impresses me is the extra labeling on key comics with information about the importance (such as first appearance or other notable event in that issue).

This place is a time capsule from the early 2000s. I enjoyed this place growing up. Now 25 years later, I've returned with kids. Ron and all the staff treat us well. We enjoy hanging out for 20-30 minutes opening cards and checking out the new comics.

Edit: Previously I gave the shop a 2 because I had a bad experience with their subscription pull where I consistently wasn't getting the books I was subbed to. I've been grabbing books off the stand here and there since then and have had a good experience as a more casual customer.
