Refined Gaming LLC in Toledo, OH

My family and I are new to the Pokémon card game. The staff was very friendly, and very eager to help us learn the game better. They also went above and beyond to help us find cards that we were wanting/needing. Now the whole house is a Pokémon battleground. and we will be returning to beef up our decks more!

This card shop is truly something special. From the moment you walk in, you can feel how welcoming, inclusive, and genuine the environment is. Our entire family—especially our kids—always feels comfortable and at home here. That means more to us than we can even put into words.

After exploring a bunch of Local Game Stores in the Toledo Area, I can say that this is one of the best locations. Store looks great outside and in. As a player they provide enough space while also keeping the regular shopping customer in mind.

We started our Pokemon journey with our 7 year old daughter last year. This shop has been a staple in our journey. The owners and staff have been so helpful, kind, and honestly just great human beings. The shop offers great prices and a gigantic selection of singles that are always in good condition.
