Ian, was so helpful getting me set up with a replacement phone to use, while my phone was being replaced..he even brought the new one and set it up for me. Awesome service, with a great attitude, and extremely prompt service!!! Thank you so much for servicing our community in such an outstanding manner!
Dylan,Tyler and the entire team at Radio Shack Niles will restore your faith in smaller local electronic stores...Dylan the owner helped me get financed on a beautiful new E-bike today..they have a ton of flexible payment options and a very helpful staff.
Awesome shop! Dylan helped me get everything I needed to start with Warhammer miniatures. I've been really into the Space Marine 2 game, which is amazing, but I hadn't made the jump into the tabletop side of the hobby—it felt like a lot to take in.
We needed to add two lines to our plan and one of the phones we purchased we needed to switch networks. We were greeted by Jean and she was absolutely amazing, very helpful and very friendly!! Also when we picked our new phones up I was having trouble with my phone and again Jean was there to help us!!
