Sam was absolutely amazing, with three grumpy kids it can be hard to do things without problems arising. Sam was extremely patient and quick with helping us sell our cards. Not only that but his staff are very knowledgeable and personable.
This place is such a nice environment! The lady that was there when I went today was so friendly to us and the others who came in. The prices were good and they had a large selection to choose from.
Professor Sam, Greg, Joe, Nicole and the rest of the team are the heartbeat of our local Pokemon community. Sam’s stores provide a best in class environment for us to play our favorite card game. Additionally, Sam fights for his customers and does everything he can for us to get the most out of this hobby.
If i could give 10 stars i would. this place is great! I've definitely found my new spot for all of my pokemon needs! prices are fair, especially with the current pokemon environment in shambles with prismatic lol. staff was incredibly friendly, extremely knowledgeable and overall just pleasant to speak with!
