Play Test Lounge isn’t just a card shop; it is a community that I proudly call home. This will be the best-run hobby space that you have ever stepped into. From the moment you walk in, you can tell how much pride the owners and staff take in what they’ve built. The space is immaculate.
I am really pleased with the 3 interactions I've had with this business. The first was at their booth at Collector Palooza, and the person was very helpful and fair. The other two times were in their shop to trade/buy some cards.
The area itself is very appealing to the eyes. But the staff was very accommodating to us, even while a planned event was going on. It's $10 to reserve a table, and snacks and drinks are free with that purchase. I love things that they also sell. They have an artist who makes Pokemon art with live plants.
This is what a card/boardgame shop is supposed to be! Several friends and I were in town visiting another buddy, and we were looking for a place to meet up and play some games. We came across PTL, and decided to try it out.
