Old Black Mountain is a great store with a wonderful, welcoming community. The staff are very knowledgeable on the product they're selling because they're all gamers and collectors themselves! They have the widest selection of RPGs in Johnson City and regularly run demos of systems they get in.
This is by far the best TCG store in the area, and amongst one of the best I've been to in general. Friendly staff, good selection & prices (particularly in MTG), and one of the cleanest and most welcoming play areas I've seen.
As a newcomer to D&D, tabletop games, and Magic: The Gathering, Old Black Mountain Games has been nothing but helpful and welcoming. If you’re new to the hobby, this is an amazing place to learn and feel comfortable. Shout-out to Kip she’s fantastic!
One of the best stores around, bar none! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and the special RPGs offered are fantastic. I highly recommend this store to everyone.
