I started playing a new card game (Lorcana) here about a month ago. I did not really know what to expect. From the minute I walked in, the people (employees and players alike) were welcoming, encouraging, and helpful. It's clear they WANT people to come in and enjoy themselves.
Despite being a gaming nerd for years, tonight was my first visit to Underhills as I searched for the finishing touches for my family’s Christmas. The young lady working today was equal parts adorable and helpful, and suggested several things I hadn’t noticed in the store (like the DnD 123’s book for my baby).
I’ve come in several times looking for mtg cards to build my first commander deck. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Their help and knowledge of the game was very helpful and appreciated! Looking forward to their commander nights!
This rating is specifically for the rentals. We have rented a few games here in the past, but my recent visit was absolutely wonderful. I don’t know they employees name but they were extremely accommodating. They helped us find a family game to help work through some Catan burnout.
