Nexus in Phenix City, AL

I can’t say enough good things about Nexus, and if you’re into MTG, Pokémon, Gunpla, One Piece, or TCGs in general, you need to check this place out. What really earned my loyalty, though, was something that had nothing to do with how much goodies they have on the shelves.

Absolutely awesome spot with a really unique vibe. The owners are currently working on adding a Japanese cafe that will serve smoothies, coffee, and authentic Japanese food like curry and ramen. Even before the cafe opens, they already carry a huge selection of imported Japanese snacks and drinks.

This card shop has an awesome vibe that just makes you want to hang out. If you’re into cards, you absolutely have to check this place out—or just come in to chill and hang out, because it’s such a positive, fun atmosphere! The owners are some pretty incredible people as well.
