I started coming to New World Manga when my local game store stopped being able to run Magic events, around 2018. I’ve been playing cards and reading comic books since I was 10 years old and I’ve been to dozens of other stores in the area to play in and find new friends.
Cool spot. Came here for FCBD today. There was an artist here doing mini canvas sketches. I might come back to try one of their game nights. Cousin comes here for the presales of Magic the Gathering cards.
I’ve been coming to New World Manga since the ’90s, and it’s always been one of my favorite spots. The staff is super friendly and welcoming every time I stop in. I mostly collect trade paperbacks and wish they carried a bit more of those, but that’s just my personal preference.
Great store! I needed so much help trying to figure out MTG and the staff went above and beyond! Not only did I get a rundown of all the different packs and prices BUT she also told me about all the different playing formats. The store felt super welcoming and I can't wait to go again!
