Walking in, you are immediately greeted with a smile and a bubbly "Hi! Welcome in!". The store neatly organized and featured games right in front for you to check out. Aisles are well labeled and each section cleverly divided, inviting an efficient and comfortable shopping experience.
Soft opened on 8/29, 2pm. Check their IG for events. Nice selection of board games, warhammer paints, dice, non-alcoholic drinks. Only 1 group of 4 was playing on a Saturday afternoon. Large store, ample playing area, snacks. Easy and free parking in lot. Would recommend this store.
My adult son has found a new second home at Monsters & Mayhem Games. He has been raving about the selection of all sorts of games, from Hello Kitty Monopoly to Warhammer 40k to his newfound favorite Magic: The Gathering. I went to the store with him today to see what all the fuss is about.
As of writing this review, this is, without a doubt, the best local game store I have encountered in Northwest Reno. The quality of the staff is exceptional—they are consistently professional, courteous, and truly eager to assist without ever pressuring customers into a sale.
