I had a great experience at Monmouth Trading Cards Store. The customer service was outstanding—everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the hobby. The staff took the time to answer questions, offer recommendations, and make sure I found exactly what I was looking for.
I have observed a recent decline in the level of customer service at this establishment. The staff appears to be consistently occupied with individual customers, leading to a diminished attentiveness towards other patrons. This situation may indicate a need for additional personnel to adequately manage customer flow.
Above a 5 🌟 experience again. These guys went out of there way to accommodate me and help me reach my goal. Its a 30 minute drive each way for me. But they guys make every mile & minute worth it. Their honesty, and integrity are intact. And in this hobby. That is EVERYTHING. As I have said before.
Jordan was a really helpful guy and he helped us pick out our boxes. He gave us a really good experience at the the store GS
