I have been to just about every game store in the Lexington/Cincinnati/Columbus area (check my other reviews), but I have to honestly say that Matt's store may be the very best! We made a video game console purchase here and had an issue with the machine.
This is my new favorite store in Lexington! My girlfriend and I dropped by yesterday. The staff were friendly, helpful and overall fun to shop from. Lotsof really cool retro finds as well. I definitely plan on visiting this place each time I’m in the area.
Matt had everything we needed and was amazing! Honestly, some of the best customer service I’ve ever received and the store was very clean and organized. We came in looking for an old gaming system for our nephew for Christmas and Matt had exactly what we needed, and was so helpful and friendly the entire time.
Absolutely great experience. Owner is VERY down to earth! 10 stars!!! Great prices, great inventory. I'm happy with my purchases and I'll be back.
