Fantastic customer service and transparency, great at answering questions and helping customers to understand the game as well as the value of their cards even if pulled while still in shop!
Stopped by randomly to see what they had, what a great experience. We ripped several boxes of their NT and had so much fun! The owner was just as excited about the pulls as we were! All his boxes had heat! Kind of a good thing I don’t live closer, otherwise I would be in there all the time.
Met the manager Grant our first time going in and I have to say, excellent shop great customer interaction and all around a great vibe in the store. My fiance and I will now definitely be regulars there stopping by weekly to see his refreshed inventory and have a good time.
The owner stayed open late for me without me, even knowing that they were supposed to close. Wonderful customer service. Check them out for magic, pokemon and sports cards
