Went into the store for the first time with my husband last night to get my son some Pokémon cards as he’s getting into this new hobby and we’d like to nurture it and I have never experienced such amazing customer service ever in my life. They told us everything we needed.
Great show out at the one year anniversary! Awesome community and great seller event :) Awesome place to play Pokemon, very packed events. One of the best shops in the Twin Cities
Came here for the first time yesterday to play a tournament with my nephew. The store is clean, the selection is good, the prices are fair. And most importantly the staff were amazing in helping us with a tech issue that slowed down the start of the event. I’ve spent a lot of time in a lot of game shops over the years.
Wow, Just Wow, I walked into this store just to check out what they had which was a great selection of Pokémon and Magic The gathering, but man was I absolutely blown away by the friendliness and encouragement to try Pokémon TCG from the employees. Absolutely floored by my experience of welcoming individuals.
