Today I took my son out to Weslaco to check out the comic book shop and it was nice! I thought since it was going to be in Downtown Weslaco it was going to be small and not as nice as the McAllen location. It was great! They had a bit of everything, including the free video games that my boys love.
Great place to check out the comic and trading card scene, they have a bunch of books and a slim selection of cards for sale. I saw Yu-Gi-Oh, lorcana, (no boosters at the moment), magic and Pokemon, they also had some one piece cards for sale.
Stellar service, decent selection on back issues. Unfortunately they get their prices from online sources regardless of condition of book. Would definitely recommend for a first time buyer and Avid collectors alike. current issues & past week issues neatly organized and understandable.
Diego was very informative and honest on trade-in/sell prices for the comics I brought in. Unfortunately this location isn’t accepting buy backs/trade-ins rn. Just started collecting a month ago and began my journey here. Looking forward to doing business and getting more deals.
