Update 3/22/25: I appreciate the fast response and offer to amend the situation. They took the creased card back and let me choose cards of equal value. Overall really nice and helpful people. I'll definitely be coming back to trade and buy singles in the future from here.
I came in recently as a new player wanting to buy some cards for my first One Piece TCG deck. I had gathered a list of cards that I was looking for and I was able to get most of them. Angel was the employee running the non-MTG side of the store and provided great customer service.
Andy was absolutely amazing, i called to ask about a pokemon im collecting. Andy was so hands on, and over the phone told me what they had and didnt have, i came in and he was next level customer service. He went searching everywhere for the cards I was looking for, above and beyond what any card shop has done for me.
Out of all the card stores I have been to, and I have been to quite a few of them, this one is by far the best tcg store I have been to. First of all the staff is super friendly, very helpful and knowledgeable when it comes to different card games. They are fair in their pricing if you are looking to sell or buy.
