Jay's CD & Hobby in Ankeny, IA

This is the best organized of the 3 stores. The enthusiasm and passion of the staff is just as good, if not better, than the other 2 larger stores. The selection is better and more organized than the other 2 stores too. This will always be my first stop in Ankeny.

I had a great experience at Jay’s CD and Hobby Shop in Des Moines. This place is a hidden gem if you’re into collectibles, cards, or just browsing something different. The selection is impressive—everything from sports cards to memorabilia—and it’s clear they really know their stuff.

This is a store you need to see to believe. They are filled to the brim with all things nerd and have incredible staff. As an mtg fan, I was pleased with their pack selection and amount of bulk. They also have a good selection of precons and booster boxes.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. And yes - HUGE TCG nerds! Lol I'm into Pokemon and Colton and James back at the Pokemon, Magik counter are great to work with. Highly recommend!
