J&S Collectibles in San Bernardino, CA

I happened to stop by when the owner was there. CUSTOMER SERVICE: He was incredibly friendly and knowledgable about Pokemon & Yugioh collecting. He had several hard-to-find products available. If they weren't in store, it was possible that he had them stored off site and he can help you out.

Have been exploring some shops in the IE to start collecting Pokemon Cards again and this shop was the first to have the highest level of customer service and genuine care and concern to discuss and share knowledge about the TCG Culture. The Owner was extremely helpful and made me feel welcomed into his shop.

Went in to try and get a couple cards for a friend as a gift, got myself something too, but the owners were absolutely friendly and very helpful as well as very informative considering I haven't collected any kind of cards in years, would definitely come here again!

Had a great experience. Staff were friendly, open about how they priced, as well as showed you the prices they'd find for transparency. Pricing itself was rather fair with a nice selection of English, Japanese and more vintage cards. Will definitely return
