“He was so kind, shared local events that might interest us, and spent way more time with me than he needed to given how busy his store was.” (Google review)

Wandered into the gaming goat and I’m so glad I did! Gerardo was very helpful and suggested a good entry level game to try out. Played it with a group of friends and it was a great hit (Bang the dice game)! Will be recommending and visiting this place again!!
I have been wanting to check this place out for a while, and while visiting the Dallas area I finally had the chance to stop in. I am so glad I did—House Rules absolutely lived up to my expectations and then some.
I came a 1-2 weeks ago, heard a lot of great things about this place from TikTok, so I wanted to check it out. Great selection, and love how they had an area to demo some of their most popular board games, as well as their board game menu.
We recently moved from Chicago to the Dallas area, and this shop has been such a great find. They have an amazing selection, great prices (often under MSRP), and the games are always in excellent condition. The owner is also incredibly kind and has been great every time.
