Hometown Sports Heroes in Johnstown, CO

Stopped in their store today. I was pretty impressed with the stock and selection they had. The store was clean and smelled nice which made it more appealing. I know 0 about sports cards but they had a good selection of Pokemon and some decent MTG stuff.

5 stars all day! I brought some Pokémon cards in on Sunday. I collected those cards when I was a kid, and didn’t know they would be worth anything. I brought the cards in and they went through the whole deck. I felt with the overall interaction/experience, I was given a solid and fair price for the cards.

These guys are awesome! Walked in wanting some Marvel (XMen) cards I collected as a kid and they initially didn’t have any, or so they thought. Then another guy perked up and, hey man, we have this box of randoms. So I looked and I found THREE awesome special edition cards and bought them all.

Businesses have a responsibility to not only be ethical, but also bring the community along and treat their customers with respect and this business does all of that. Every time I’m in there, it’s a sense of community, great prices, the owners/management/employees are AMAZING!
