Don't let previous reviews deter you. HR is under new ownership, now owned by Parker. He's a very easy going guy, who is very knowledgeable and helpful. I really enjoy going in there and discussing cards. Also, his prices are excellent. You can find some really great deals. Shop HR!
I went to this card shop on October 19 as I needed a few 130 magnetic top loaders and some penny sleeves and they had everything I needed in stock but what was most impressive was the owner of the shop.
My 11 year old son is a serious baseball card collector who really knows his card stores and he tells me that this is the best one in Sacramento. The owner of the store is extremely knowledgeable, fair and friendly. The store has a huge collection. I fully recommend this store.
On my way home from my first visit at HR sport cards. My initial impression of the shop was that it reminded me of a neighborhood style card shop from my teeni-bop collecting days. Very comfortable and welcoming type of shop.
