So I was already planning to leave a review for the great service, but Raven truly went above and beyond. Yesterday, while traveling through on our way to West Virginia, we were about 1.5 hr into our drive when we got three screws in one of our tires and had to stop at the tire shop in the same plaza.
Getting back into collecting after 20+ years away and I couldn’t have asked for a better shop than Graded Vault. The whole crew are knowledgeable and welcoming - they walked me through my old childhood collection, helped me source vintage cards I still needed, and made PSA grading easy.
My husband, Craig, and I visit Graded Vault a couple times a week to dig through bulk cards for several master sets we are working on. Everyone is so warm, friendly, and welcoming. I wish i could give them more than 5 stars!!
This place is super inclusive, my kids are always welcome there and I dont feel like they are a problem for being loud. The weekly tournaments and wonderful people are always a great reason to go visit!
